Students of any age are welcome to benefit from SunLand's tutoring sessions. The SunLand's one on one sessions allow for individual sessions for very young as well as adult learners.

In addition to one on one private tutoring sessions SunLand offers full courses for groups of 6 and 12 students helping them with the review of school courses. These classes would assist students to stay ahead of the school program. These small size classes are offered for math, physics, biology, chemistry, and English language courses and SAT test prep.

We continuously evaluate the progress of student by using small quizzes and requesting feedback from the school teacher and parents.

In some cases SunLand may request the permission and consent of the parents for a professional evaluation of the student by a child psychologist to better identify the underlying cause of the student's lower than normal efficiency. Once a cause is specified, with the help of classroom teacher and parents we will set a strategy to help student to overcome the barriers and to unleash their talents.

In each work station the tutor has opportunity to demonstrate complex concepts on a white board for students who are visual learners. Students also can use the board to better explain their questions and understandings of the problem to their instructors.

Full Course Review

Based on the current knowledge of student a lesson plan will be prepared for every individual student. Upon approval of the lesson plan the tutor would follow the plan and cover the materials in each session as per the tutorial map.
