One on One Tutoring
January 21st 2018, Survey took by students of the diploma exam prep courses.
- I liked that there are not a lot of people in the class so it’s easier to ask questions and get help from the teacher. I also like that, we were given a lot of practice from previous diplomas.
- It was really helpful to go over the course again, and do more practice.
- The teacher is really nice, and wants to see students do well
- There was nothing that I did not like.
- The topics were nicely broken down and simplified.
- Reviewing of the course topics helped to show me what I know, and what I need more practice on.

It’s been a great experience for my daughter. She went from getting 2 to 4 on her report card and math wasn’t her favourite subject, since we started with Sun-Land Academy her confidence jumped 100% over a 3 month period. College - Math (SAIT)
I am taking tutorial in mathematics in SunLand Academy. It is a one-on-one tutoring and it helps me a lot to obtain high mark in our mathematics class. The place is conducive to learning. Overall, I am happy and highly recommend SunLand Academy for the great learning opportunity.

Elementary School - Math and French
SunLand does an impressive job of assessing where your child is struggling the most helping them reach the next level of learning. I like the discipline yet relaxed atmosphere. Senior High - Math 30-1, 1 on 1 and Diploma Exam Prep
Everything was broken down really nicely and was easy to understand. I needed a minimum of 67% in order to pass my course, I was super scared at first but I just got my marks today and I passed with a 70%!! I'm super happy, now I get to go to University. And it's all thanks to the support and help I got at SunLand

Junior High - Grade 7, Math one on one tutoring
I highly recommend Sunland Academy!
My son was struggling with math and after a few sessions with Sunland he has gained much confidence and his grades improved dramatically.

Elementary School - Math Grade 4, one on one tutoring
My two daughters take grade 4 math classes in the academy and I couldn’ be any happier with their progress so far. Their school teacher commented on the positive change in their performance too. Teaching aside, I have to commend the style of teaching and the positive atmosphere of learning that are enforced in the academy which reflects the level of experience of all the tutors. Highly recommended!

Small Size Classes
French Grammar I in a Nutshell, Small size class
I took French I in the spring at Sunland Academy. The class provided a great learning opportunity while being engaging and fun. I did not have any previous background in French before this class. I was able to write properly and carry basic conversation about my daily life after finishing the class. Everything was nicely broken down and was clear. Homework was given and corrected every class. Overall I was extremely happy with the class, teacher, and the book. I would definitely enrol in the second half of the class.
